You have the right to return the ordered product within 14 days. The 14-day period starts from the receipt of the product or, in case of a courier, from the arrival of the shipment at your address.

Return via SmartPost parcel terminal is FREE OF CHARGE
Place the completed return form in the parcel so that it can be opened without any damage to the packaging. To send the parcel, enter the code sent to you by to the parcel terminal (you will find it in the notice of arrival of the parcel). The return code is the same as the one you received the package with. Returns take up to 10 days to process.

Returns to the shop or the warehouse of InteriorStore
Place a completed return form into the package. The customer service agent of the store or the warehouse will process the return, and the cost of the returned goods will be transferred to your current account within 14 days at the latest.
In case of a return, a bank transfer will be made to the same current account from which your payment was made within 14 days from the receipt of the return to us. In case of a refund, the cost of the transport ordered at the initial purchase will also be reimbursed.
You can return the goods to the store during its opening hours, which are available on the InteriorStore website.

The item to be replaced or returned must not be damaged or used, it must be in its original packaging, and all original labels must be attached to the product.

Please open the product packaging always carefully without damaging it. If the product is delivered to you by a courier, the condition of the packaging and of the product must be checked upon the receipt of the product. If the packaging or the product is damaged, a corresponding note must be added to the courier’s delivery note. Pre-inspected products will be shipped out of the store.
